Welcome to photographybysylias.com (the "Website"). This Website is owned, operated, and managed by Sylias Shufelt & Photography By Sylias ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms apply to all photography produced by Photography By Sylias, whether accessed on this Website, delivered privately, or obtained through any other medium. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the Website.

By accessing, viewing, or using any content or materials on the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content on this Website, including but not limited to photographs, videos, graphics, logos, text, and design, is the exclusive property of Photography By Sylias and/or Sylias Shufelt unless otherwise stated or agreed to in writing. All content is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works of any content without prior permission. Permission may be granted by direct approval or by properly crediting Photography By Sylias for personal usage, including tagging @photographybysylias on social media, unless otherwise stated.
Images may not be altered in any way, including but not limited to filters, text overlays, cropping, or effects (such as Snapchat or other social media filters), without prior written consent. Images may also not be reused, edited, referenced, or displayed using Artificial Intelligence (A.I.) without prior written consent. Any content displayed on this Website is not permitted for commercial use without prior written approval.
All logos and trademarks associated with the Indiana High School Athletic Association (IHSAA), National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA), National Christian College Athletic Association (NCCAA), or any of their member schools remain the sole property of their respective owners. Photography By Sylias does not claim ownership of these logos and uses them solely for editorial or informational purposes. Organizational and Commercial Usage Restrictions
No organization is permitted to use any photographs taken by Photography By Sylias without explicit permission from Sylias Shufelt by purchasing a commercial/editorial license and/or agreeing in writing. This includes, but is not limited to, use as cover photos, profile pictures, promotional materials, graphics, designs, websites, publications, or any materials associated with a school, business, association, team, or program. This includes NIL/PBA activities.
Permission must be granted for each individual photograph or set of photographs. No blanket or implied permissions are provided.
Commercial use of any kind is prohibited without prior written consent.
Unauthorized organizational or commercial use will result in copyright takedown notices being filed and served. Repeated violations may lead to account restrictions or removal by the applicable platforms. Photography By Sylias does not take liability for what happens to your account as a result of these copyright violations, it is the publisher's sole responsibility.
Personal Usage
Personal usage is permitted for individuals only. This includes photographed individuals, players, parents, family members, and friends. Personal usage does not include commercial use or use by any organization (including NIL/PBA).
An organization is defined as an organized body of people with a particular purpose, including but not limited to a business, association, team, program, school, or often person.
For any public personal use, Photography By Sylias must be credited unless written or verbal permission is granted otherwise. Acceptable credit includes keeping the high-quality watermark visible, tagging an official Photography By Sylias account, or including a credit in the caption/description such as:

Collection and Use of Email Addresses
When you provide your email address to access photo galleries or other Website features, you consent to its collection and use for the following purposes:
• Communication related to gallery access, updates, or notifications
• Information regarding future photography services, updates, or promotions, unless you opt out via the checked box.
Email addresses are never sold or shared with third parties. You may unsubscribe at any time by following the instructions in the email or by contacting me personally at [email protected].
Use of the Website
You agree to use the Website for personal, non-commercial purposes only unless explicit permission is granted. You must not:
• Use the Website for illegal activities
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Website content, systems, or hosting providers, including but not limited to Cloudflare, GitHub, Pixieset, Google Analytics, or server infrastructure
• Upload malicious software or otherwise interfere with the Website’s functionality

If you break any of these terms, you may be prosecuted to the fullest extent under 18 U.S.C. § 1030 and other applicable laws in accordance with the U.S. Computer Fraud & Abuse Act.
Client Agreements and Payments
When purchasing services or products through Photography By Sylias, you acknowledge that Photography By Sylias representatives, workers, and/or contractors are not obligated to directly deliver products. Unless it is a self-fulfilled product, such as a digital item, all products and services are fulfilled through Pixieset and its partner companies. Photography By Sylias provides the photographic content only.
Photo Usage and Licensing
Sylias Shufelt retains full copyright ownership of all images unless otherwise agreed upon in writing or explicitly stated that exclusive rights belong to another organization.
Clients may be granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use purchased or non-purchased images for personal use or agreed-upon commercial purposes.
Images may not be edited, altered, or filtered without prior written consent.
Third-Party Logos and Trademarks
Any third-party logos, trademarks, or intellectual property appearing in photographs, including those of the IHSAA, NCAA, NCCAA, or any of their member schools, remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply ownership, endorsement, or affiliation.
Limitation of Liability
Photography By Sylias strives to provide accurate and reliable information but does not guarantee that all content will be complete, current, or error-free. Photography By Sylias is not liable for any damages, including loss of data, arising from the use or inability to use the Website.
Privacy Policy
Your use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information is collected, used, and protected.
Modifications to Terms
